Food problems

As I often said I’m just (too) fat.

On Wednesday I’m leaving to the USA, which is traditionally considered an unhealthy country for a food point of view. This fact makes me feel in trouble, or at least I feel my health in trouble. Therefore, I will have to pay the maximum attention possible when eating anything in the US.

I admit I even thought about becoming a strange sort of vegetarian: a vegetarian who eats meat. To said it in a more appropriate way, I’d like to ban fats and limit carbohydrates from my diet. Yes, nice dream. =)

A regular sport activity (squash and jogging/walking) is needed too. Will I have enough time? Who knows.

Cheppalle risponderti in inglese.
